Why we exist
In much of South Asia, a marriage biodata is the first formal impression a family makes. It travels through WhatsApp groups, sits in the hands of relatives and matchmakers, and often decides whether a conversation even begins. Yet most people still build one in a rushed word processor, fighting with margins, or pay for clumsy tools that add watermarks and lock the good designs behind a paywall.
We thought the most personal document in the matchmaking process deserved better. So we built BiodataMakers: a free, beautifully designed, privacy-first way to create a marriage biodata that actually gets responses. No sign-up, no watermark, no catch.
What we stand for
Privacy first, always
A biodata carries your date of birth, your faith, your family, and your photograph. That should never quietly become someone else's asset. BiodataMakers runs entirely inside your browser. We do not keep a database of biodatas, we never ask you to create an account, and nothing you type or upload is stored on our servers. The moment you close the tab, your details are gone from our side. What you create is yours alone.
Genuinely free
No account. No watermark on your download. No blurred preview that demands payment at the final step. Every template, every colour, and every format, PDF, Word, and image, is free to use, as many times as you like, for as many family members as you need.
Designed for real families
Our templates are drawn for real Indian and South Asian marriage biodatas, from traditional gold frames and royal maroons to clean, modern layouts. They support the fields families actually look for, from Rashi and Nakshatra to gotra, education, and family background. You can write in your own language, rename any field, reorder sections, and pick a design that fits your community and culture.
